Mon Bazou Money Guide: Wood, Syrup & Pizza Profits

Running low on cash for your Konig build? In Mon Bazou, money doesn't grow on trees—but it does flow out of them. Whether you're just starting with a rusty axe or managing a massive sugar shack operation, this guide covers the most efficient ways to earn cash.

1. Early Game: The Grind (Active Income)

When you first start, you need cash for gas, food, and basic tools. Do not try to start a syrup empire yet; the setup costs are too high. Focus on these quick cash grabs.

Woodcutting (Selling Logs)

The most reliable way to make your first $1,000. You don't need to split the wood yet; just load raw logs into your truck/ATV and drive to the Sawmill.

Location: The Sawmill (Check map for green circle drop-off).
Pine Trees (Best Value): Sell for $15 per log.
Maple Trees: Sell for $10 per log. (Warning: Save these for syrup tapping later!)
Birch Trees: Sell for $8 per log.

                Pro Tip: Focus on cutting Pine trees (the tall, skinny ones) early on. They sell for 50% more than Maple trees.
            

Pizza Delivery

Once your vehicle runs, you can work for the pizza shop in town. It opens around 5-6 PM.

Payout: Approximately $50 - $100 per shift (Base pay + tips).
Note: Tips depend on speed. Don't expect GTA-level payouts here; this is just for gas money.

2. Mid Game: Stability

Selling Firewood to Francis

Once you have a Wood Splitter, stop driving to the Sawmill. Sell split firewood to your brother, Francis, who lives near your starting house.

Efficiency: 1 Log = 2 Firewood pieces.
Limit: Francis buys about 60 pieces per day.
Strategy: Use this to get rid of low-value Birch wood or scrap wood near your base.

Scrapyard (Jim's U-Pull)

Drag old car parts (rusty doors, bumpers) into the dumpster outside the Scrapyard gate. Payout is based on weight. Heavy parts = more cash.

3. Late Game: The Maple Syrup Empire

Syrup is the king of Mon Bazou. It provides a unique "weekly paycheck" system that stabilizes your economy.

The Barrel Economy

You don't get paid all at once. The Federation pays you a pension.

Requirement: Requires the Bunker, lights, and planters. It's a huge investment but offers the biggest single lump-sum payment in the game.
